    Personal corporate culture

    What’s typical about Kaiser is that one day is never like another. There’s always something new. The technology develops and we’re always at the forefront. My job is unique: office, production, being able to drive the excavators myself. The variety makes it so interesting. But I also like the personal relationships here in the company. From bottom to top and right up to the CEO, you’re a part of it all.

    Great development opportunity

    Immediately after finishing my mechatronics degree, I started working in the engineering department at KAISER AG. There I was able to apply the knowledge I had acquired in various areas of responsibility and product developments. Gradually, I was allowed to take on more responsibility. First as overall project manager of a new vehicle development and then also during the introduction of a new PDM system. Due to the increasing digitalization of our products and the organic growth, the opportunity arose to take on leadership responsibility in the area of automation.

CONTINUITY AND FLEXIBILITY AS AN OWNER-MANAGED FAMILY BUSINESS

The foundations for KAISER AG were laid back in 1913.  Since its foundation, the company has been owned by the Kaiser family. Today, Markus Kaiser is the third generation to lead Kaiser AG, and the next generation is already active in the company. This strong family bond enables long-term thinking and high flexibility without focusing only on short-term results. Reliability and lived responsibility form our entrepreneurial foundations. This is also reflected in our staff. Many of the employees have been with the company for many years and have been part of the Kaiser family for a long time.
