Software engineer

KAISER group has developed a leading international market position as manufacturer of sewer cleaning vehicles, industrial waste disposal vehicles and mobile walking excavators. The company has approximately 500 employees in Liechtenstein, Austria, Slovakia, Finland, Italy and the USA.

At our headquarter location in Liechtenstein, we are looking for a Software Engineer / PLC programmer to strengthen our team. In this versatile and attractive position, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the control concepts of the leading international product portfolio in the field of mobile walking excavators and sewer cleaning vehicles.

Your Duties

Development of control concepts for our innovative machines
PLC and HMI programing
Implementation of individual customer solutions
Creation of the associated documentation
Commissioning and testing of the equipment
Close cooperation with other departments such as production, after-sales service and the different production sites

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in a controls related field (Electrical Engineering or equivalent)
Experience with industrial PLC programming IEC 61131, structured text, ideally CoDeSys
HMI and electrical CAD experience
Knowledge in CAN-Bus (CAN J1939) or CANopen
Interested in specialty vehicles / construction equipment
Good English or German language skills
